All sales are final. We don't offer refunds right now. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are happy to provide an exchange of the same item in a different size or for an item of equal value, provided that:
• The item is returned within 7–14 days of delivery (you can adjust the timeframe).
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We're right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
